Surveillance usually constitutes
following someone. A business might employ surveillance to
document activity when an employee has been absent often
or is spending more money than he or she is making. An
individual might employ surveillance when a loved one is
suspected of being unfaithful. Rate is for an associate
investigator. Licensed investigator is billed at $100. per
hour. |

Activity Check - $50.00 per hour |

An activity check is much like a
surveillance except the Investigator remains at the scene
and does not follow the subject. The activity at the
location is documented for a period of time. |

Undercover Operations - $75.00
per hour |

An undercover operation would involve one
or more investigators working or blending into a certain
location. Billing is per hour per investigator. |

Mystery Shopper - $40.00 per
hour |
|
A Mystery Shopper would be employed by a
business to document all aspects of the shopping
experience and to assess employee honesty. |

Forensic Accountant - $275.00
per hour |
|
A forensic Accountant is a combination
investigator and accountant. A business would employ a
forensic accountant to gather evidence of embezzlement or
theft by an employee. |
