Our phone support is available between 9am - 5pm (Eastern Time) Monday through Friday at (781) 341-3726. While accessibility may vary based on the number of callers, we promise to answer as many questions as we can in a courteous, friendly and helpful way.

2) E-Mail Support -- Dear Landmark, Can You Help Me With...

The Landmark e-mail system is an automated two-step process that lets you ask a question of any of our professional investigators. Once a question is received via e-mail, our system will automatically send you a response e-mail. A professional investigator will then research your problem and send a return email.
